Due to the nature of our products and the inefficiency that returns cause, we do not normally accept returns on product especially when the product is purchased in multiple quantities and/or due to the customer “not liking the product”.  Though we do not currently offer samples, we also have no minimum order requirement so that small purchases can be made to test the product first. This is a safeguard put in place so that returns can be avoided. Therefore, before ordering in quantity, please take advantage of this ability to purchase smaller sizes to “test” the product and making sure “this is the product for your concerns”.

With the above statement in mind, we understand that mistakes can happen. Please read the following to see if we will consider accepting your return and/or refund/replacement:

1. Unopened and sealed products may be returned for a refund up to 60 days after purchase.
2. Opened products may be return within 30 days for a credit or exchange.
3. No refund on opened or unsealed items.
4. No refunds or returns on soaps.
